BLASTMASTER Model 1003008PKA 3.0 Cubic Foot Portable Pressure Blaster With 125 Pneumatic Remote Control System, 1-1/4" Regulator Metering Slide Valve & Moisture Separator. The Blastmaster® 3.0 Cu. Ft. C-Series Abrasive Blasting Pot is a pressure vessel used as part of an abrasive blasting system to deliver a mixture of abrasive and compressed air to a work surface. Blastmaster blast pots are proudly engineered and manufactured in the USA and built in accordance with ASME guidelines. Each blast pot is designed with added features to enhance work site safety. Blastmaster® Abrasive Blasting Pots are manufactured using higher quality materials that resist wear, reducing costly downtime and increasing production rates. Typical applications include blast rooms, blast yards, bridges, oil refineries, pipelines, railcar shops, storage tanks, and water towers. Common abrasives used include aluminum oxide, crushed glass, garnet, mineral abrasives, and slags.

OSHA requires an abrasive blasting pot to be equipped with a remote control system, which only operates with continuous hand pressure and deactivates upon release of the control switch by the operator (29 CFR 1910.244(b)). This remote control system meets the OSHA requirement by providing a dual “Fail-to-Safe” configuration, which will deactivate the remote control system in the event the operator drops or loses control of the remote control switch.

The Blastmaster® 125 Remote Control System allows the operator to remotely activate and deactivate the abrasive blasting pot from the nozzle, eliminating the need for a pot tender. Through the use of individual inlet and outlet valves, the Blastmaster® 125 Remote Control Systems offer the advantage of a dual “Fail-to-Safe” configuration. A muffler comes standard on all Blastmaster blast pots, reducing noise and trapping particles as they exit the exhaust port during the depressurization process.

The Blastmaster® Regulator Abrasive Metering Valve maintains a consistent flow of abrasive, reducing abrasive consumption and increasing production rates at the nozzle.

Abrasive Blasting Pot PKA Moisture Separators remove excess moisture, oil, and other debris from compressed air before entering the abrasive blasting pot.

A heavy-duty handle, 16” semi-pneumatic tires, and lifting lugs allow the abrasive blasting pot to be maneuvered quickly and easily around the work site. The three point base, with an oversized foot pad, offers increased stability on irregular surfaces.

**Truck Freight Shipment Requirements

Delivery location must be accessible to the delivery truck. Liftgate or Pallet Jack must be arranged at time of order. Unloading and moving product(s) is your responsibility. Truck freight companies do NOT require their drivers to unload shipments. Inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Notify the carrier and Construction Equipment & Supply Co. immediately and we will assist you as fully as we can. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.
