Dry Filters Are Suitable For Most Industrial Applications Where The Dust Collector Can Be Shut-Off Periodically To Shake Dust From The 100% Cotton Sateen Filter Tubes. Dry Filters Trap 98% Of Dust Down To 1.0 Micron. The 300 CFM Dry Filter Has 15 Tubes Covering 75 Square Feet And The 600 CFM Dry Filter Has 25 Tubes Covering 125 Square Feet Filter Area. The Reverse Pulse Cartridge Dust Collectors (RPC) Allow Non-Stop, High Production Blasting. The Polyester-Cellulose Cartridges Are Automatically Pulse Cleaned For Maximum Filter Efficiency. Worn Cartridges Can Be Replaced In Minutes. The RPC-2 Reverse Pulse Collector Has Two Cartridges Covering 470 Square Feet Of Filer Area.

The Heart Of The Clemco BNP Series Suction Cabinets Is The Zero's Media Reclaimer. The Reclaimers Come In 300 CFM, 600 CFM & 900 CFM Sizing Depending On Media And Size Of Nozzle Used. The Reclaimer Contiuously Extracts Dust And Debris And Returns Properly Sized, Usable Media To The Blast System. The Suction Blast Metering Valve Is Infinitely Adjustable From Fully-Closed To Wide Open, And Locks Into Any Setting Without Tools. If Steel Grit Or Shot Are The Media Of Choice Select The 900 CFM Reclaimer For Best Efficiency.
