  • How do you typically ship orders?

    We primarily ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) for most items. Heavier equipment is shipped via Motor Carrier Freight Lines.

  • What is the typical delivery time for in-stock items?

    For in-stock items shipped via UPS, delivery is normally within 2-3 business days.

  • What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

    It is important to inspect all packages upon delivery. Any damages or shortages MUST be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. Please notify both the carrier and Clear Creek Equipment & Supply Co. immediately.
