Shipping Policy


At Clear Creek Equipment & Supply Company, LLC, we strive to process and ship your orders promptly.


  • Shipping Method: We primarily utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) for most shipments. Heavier equipment will be shipped via Motor Carrier Freight Lines.
  • Delivery Time: For in-stock items shipped via UPS, delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days. Overnight service is available upon request. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.
  • Freight Shipping: For heavier equipment shipped via motor freight, customers may elect to use their own carrier if they have an established account. Otherwise, we will estimate the freight cost and require your approval before shipment.
  • Delivery Accessibility: Please ensure that the delivery location is easily accessible to the delivery truck. Arrangements for liftgate or pallet jack services must be made at the time of order if required.
  • Unloading Responsibility: Please note that unloading and moving the product(s) upon delivery is your responsibility. Truck freight companies generally do not require their drivers to unload shipments.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: It is crucial to inspect all packages thoroughly upon delivery. Any damages or shortages must be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
  • Reporting Issues: In the event of any damages or shortages, please notify both the delivering carrier and Clear Creek Equipment & Supply Co. immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. Please retain a signed copy of the bill of lading for your records.


Return Policy


We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed buying experience.


  • Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unused or unaltered item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, credit, or exchange (excluding original shipping, handling, and any applicable credit card charges).
  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to cover the labor and operational expenses associated with processing and shipping the product.
  • Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will gladly refund or exchange the full cost of the item, including the original shipping charges.
  • Custom Orders or Made to Orders Products are not returnable, these include Vacuums, Blast Cabinets and Rock Splitters. 
  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all original paperwork and accessories.
  • RMA Required: To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any package returned without a visible RMA number will be refused.
  • Obtaining an RMA: To obtain an RMA number, please call our customer service department at (303) 431-9929.
  • Keep Receipts: Please retain all receipts in the event of a shipping error or return.

Sales Tax

NEW Sales Tax Laws Are Now In Effect. Appropriate Sales Taxes May Be Added To All Online Sales. When purchasing for your business in the State of Colorado it is required by law to provide a current Colorado State Resale Certificate to our company, if your company does not wish sales tax to be charged.
